  • Measure and record vital signs, report abnormal values to nursing staff or medical provider.
  • Assist with patient arrival, schedule appointments, and facilitate patient exit.
  • Recognize emergencies and respond according to organizational policy.
  • Maintain clinic equipment, linens, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Document in patient medical records according to departmental guidelines.
  • Navigate Electronic Medical Records to obtain and update patient information.
  • Prepare safety reports as directed by the Clinic Manager.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with patients and staff.
  • Implement safety and infection control measures as per hospital policy.
  • Participate in clinic preparation and clerical support tasks.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
  • Knowledge of general medical terminology and hospital policies.
  • Ability to maintain accurate patient medical records.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
