Recruitment and Retention Bonus Medical Assistants newly hired with the State of CA are eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $15,000 within the first 12 months of service. Requirements
- A valid Medical Assistant certificate from one of the following:
- American Association of Medical Assistants
- California Certifying Board for Medical Assistants
- American Medical Certification Association
- American Medical Technologists
- American Medical Certification Association
