About The Position
Medical Assistant (MA) Family Care practice Full-Time (40 hours/week) Day shift Flexible schedule $19.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on experience) Non-Exempt Patient Care Techs (PCT) encouraged to apply. We provide on the job training to help you gain hands on knowledge to prepare for your new career! Medical Assistants (MA's) are assigned to a provider's team to work with patients, from start to finish, and implement our preventive care measures. You are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN program OR 1 - 3 years experience in a Medical Assistant role in medical office
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Room patients
- Obtain vitals
- Assist with intake process
- Perform ECG's
- Work with the provider to assist during the patient visit
