Great careers start with great training. The people of Banner Health are focused on delivering excellent care to our patients. In return, we are committed to excellence in personal development for all our team members. Apply today. Location: 1230 14th St SW Loveland, CO 80537. Clinic hours: Mon-Thurs 7a-7p, Fri 7a-5p and Saturdays 8a-12p. Experience in medical assisting preferred, but not mandatory. Must be certified within 1 year of being hired. I am open to a new grad. Schedule: MA's will be expected to be flexible and rotate/stagger hours for coverage. They will take turns working Saturdays, so working 1 Saturday every 7-8 Saturdays. 30 min- 1 hour lunches to ensure coverage for all hours needed. MA's schedules differ depending on if they are following a provider (depends on provider schedule-likely have 1 day off and work on 10-12 hour day) or working as a central medical assistant (730-430, 8-5 hours-Mon-Fri) with comp hours during the week if working Saturday. Day to day: Rooming, vitals, addressing calls, messages, updating charts, procedures, covid processes, assisting provider and team in many ways! Great team to work for! Clinic voted Best of the Best twice in the last 5 years! Team is easy going so would like someone who would fit in well with an easy going, yet "all about business" team. Everyone on the team (entire clinic) is pretty self-sufficient and has high expectations of each other. They love to laugh and get along as well as get their work done. Someone who doesn't get "rattled" easy would be great as managing patients can sometimes be difficult.
