About The Position
CareFull MD is a chain of walk-in diagnostic and treatment centers located in the Hudson Valley, dedicated to providing high-quality medical care in a convenient and accessible manner. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team at our Poughkeepsie location. This position is ideal for individuals who are empathetic and conscious of the needs of patients, as you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for those seeking urgent care services. The Medical Assistant will primarily assist with front desk operations, which includes managing patient inquiries, checking patients in, updating records, and processing payments. In this role, you will work closely with medical providers and support them on an ad hoc basis, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic. The position offers a great work-life balance, with the opportunity to work three 12-hour shifts per week.
