A typical day as a Medical Assistant includes a variety of tasks to coordinate patient care and support providers in a clinic setting. You’ll manage medication authorizations, administer vaccinations and perform point-of-care testing , or testing near the patient care site. MA's also prepare patients for exams and treatment using skills such as administering injections, blood draws and EKGs. We currently have a full-time opportunity, supporting our multi-specialty clinic, at our Fort Collins location! This person will support the clinic in a direct patient care role working one on one with a provider or with multiple providers. Location: 4700 Lady Moon, Fort Collins Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or to follow providers schedule. Floating to other facilities is possible.
