SUMMARY: To work closely with provider and other related staff in a sometimes stressful environment and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to provide patient radiographic services, using imaging modalities as prescribed by a physician. Perform radiographic and imaging procedures, producing images for the interpretation by a radiologist or a licensed provider. To ensure excellent care to every patient every time. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct patient care in clinic/medical office setting and two years of experience as a Limited License Radiology Tech in a clinic setting preferred. Certifications: BLS within the first six months of employment, Arkansas Limited Radiology Tech license in good standing required. Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required. Preferred Education: Associates Degree Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity. Spends 8 hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse, daily. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. May be subject to inside environmental conditions, hazards (including electrical currents and exposure to high heat and chemicals) and infectious diseases. Work Environment: Clinic Setting Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This position is in a clinic setting with hours of 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts.
