About The Position

Medical Assistant or EMT – Urgent Care The Urgent Care is looking for a professional, high-performing Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) committed to excellence in patient care. If you value teamwork, quality, and a fast-paced clinical environment, we invite you to apply.

Requirements

• MA : CCMA or MA experience
• EMT : High school diploma + EMT certification (NREMT or equivalent)
• Strong customer service skills
• Critical thinking and multitasking ability
• Flexible availability (minimum 20–30 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and the waiting room
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with patient questions
• Perform vitals, labs, injections, vaccinations, and POCT per provider orders
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment (exam rooms, lab, equipment)
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care from start to finish
