About The Position

Begin your story with ProHealth Care's ENT team, where your work helps patients breathe easier, hear better, and live more comfortably. As a Clinical Support Associate (CSA) in our Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) clinics, you will support a multidisciplinary team of otolaryngologists and audiologists in delivering specialized care for both adult and pediatric patients. Our ENT services address a wide range of conditions, including sinus disorders, sleep apnea, hearing loss, and voice issues. This role blends direct patient care with administrative and clinical support duties, and may include scribing for physicians during clinic visits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, or other equivalent clinical training program
  • Current EMT B, LPN, or CMA license
  • AHA BLS or ability to obtain upon hire
  • 1 Year of experience, New graduates will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate clinical support for patients undergoing ENT evaluations and follow-up care
  • Assist with rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, updating health histories, and facilitating patient education
  • Support physicians with documentation and chart prepping to ensure smooth and efficient visits
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life for patients with ENT challenges
  • Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies, following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams
  • Obtain vital signs, health history verification, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies
  • Answer patient calls, obtain medical information, report test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile fields, and assist with procedures as directed by providers
  • Perform therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splints or wound care under supervision
  • Respond to urgent situations, call for clinical assistance as needed, and assist in maintaining clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment
  • Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership
