The Position: Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse ~ Medical Oncology Clinic Employment Status: Full-time Hours per two-week pay-period : 70 Position Summary: Sidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse to join our I CARE team in the Cancer Center Medical Oncology Clinic Setting. Essential duties of the position include rooming patients, completing assessments, calling patients and coordination of patient care. Requirements

  • Completion of a medical assistant training program or relevant certification within 12 months of hire or have an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Proficiency in basic medical terminology and procedures and knowledge of electronic (EHR) systems.
  • Must complete certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program within 12 months or have a current unencumbered Montana LPN or RN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
