About The Position

Requirements

• Critical thinking skills and ability to work in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with performing patient assessments and treatments under supervision.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, height, weight, and brief history of current illness or injury.
• Round with patients to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Review and document social determinants of health.
• Provide education and resources to patients as needed.
• Review patient charts to ensure all pertinent information is available for appointments.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection, including phlebotomy.
• Handle administrative duties such as scanning, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Document patient care provided and offer discharge instructions.
• Manage in-basket messages and patient phone calls.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including reordering and cleaning.
• Ensure Telehealth connectivity for scheduled appointments.
