About The Position

Medical Assistant II, Oncology Multidisciplinary Clinic Job Details ChristianaCare is hiring a Medical Assistant II for our Oncology Multidisciplinary Clinic (MDC) at our Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE. As an Medical Assistant II, you will provides high‑quality patient care by assisting providers with both on‑site and virtual visits, while serving as a team leader and mentor to office staff to support efficient, collaborative practice operations. The ideal candidate will have oncology experience as well as being a lead medical assistant. Position Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED required. A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program and hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Requirements

High School Graduate or GED required.
A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program and hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
Two years’ experience as a Medical Assistant, is required, three years’ is preferred.
