Job Summary The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with office and IVF operating room procedures, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, assisting with office paperwork, record keeping, record scanning, patient calls, precepting when necessary, managing patient flow and supporting additional needs of the clinic. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff, administrative staff and other support areas to facilitate efficient care.
