Why You Will Love Our Team The Dream Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40–42 hours per week. Start times range between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with end times between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Open to All Experience Levels: We are willing to take new graduates or Medical Assistants with previous experience. If you have a passion for patient care but no formal urology education, we are willing to train you! Travel Schedule: This position involves a routine where you will spend a couple of days each week at our Clarkston location and a few days at our Pontiac location: Clarkston: Clarkston Medical Building, 5701 Bow Pointe Drive, Suite 250, Clarkston, MI 48346 Pontiac: Lexus Professional Building, 44200 Woodward Avenue, Suite 207, Pontiac, MI 48341 The Mission As a Medical Assistant II, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our office, ensuring our patients receive top-tier care through: Procedure Support: Provide direct assistance during specialized urologic exams and procedures. Clinical Excellence: Manage patient rooming, take vitals, and lead new patient work-ups with a professional attitude. GENERAL SUMMARY The Medical Assistant II (MA II) supports the delivery of urological services, performs work as required and functions as an effective member of the interdisciplinary team. The Medical Assistant II is tasked to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the medical offices running smoothly. This position collaborates/work with staff within their practice or other professional disciplines within the affiliated medical groups as needed to achieve effective and efficient patient care delivery and the desired patient outcomes.
