About The Position

Capital Health Medical Group is made up of more than 250 physicians and other providers who offer primary and specialty care, as well as hospital-based services, to patients throughout the region. The position involves preparing patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature, and reporting patient history summary. Responsibilities include cleaning exam rooms, obtaining lab specimens, assisting physicians and staff, and performing clerical duties such as patient registration and scheduling appointments. The role also requires performing electrocardiograms, documenting medical information in electronic records, and coordinating with front office personnel. Additional duties include performing injections and other clinical tasks under the direction of a provider.
