About The Position
The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is part of Mass General Brigham, which relies on a diverse range of professionals to advance its mission of supporting patient care, research, teaching, and community service. This position may require cross-covering other Primary Care practices as staffing needs dictate, and flexibility is preferred. The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. The position involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
