Job Summary

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position performs a variety of patient care and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operations of the clinic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is required.
• Active Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification from Washington State DOH required.
• Medical Assistant Interim Certification must be updated to a Medical Assistant Certification prior to expiration of Medical Assistant Interim Certification.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with using electronic health record health record (EHR) preferred
• bilingual English and Asian or Spanish language preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
