Per Diem Coverage: Evening coverage - hours are 5-10pm Monday – Thursday. The department is also expanding their weekend hours so Saturday morning and/or afternoon availability a plus! Job Summary Overview: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Medical Assistant works in the clinical setting providing direct and indirect service for patients and providers. The medical assistant works with the interdisciplinary health team in providing a wide variety of clinical, administrative and technical support functions in the delivery of healthcare in the Ketamine Infusion Unit. The Medical Assistant for the Ketamine Infusion Unit will also be cross-trained to perform the administrative responsibilities of the Patient Service Coordinator II.
