Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate or certificate from accredited nursing program/college.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Class C Basic Life Support (CPR) within 90 days of employment and renewed biannually.
Must adhere to the NRMC appearance and attire policy.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels
Ability to complete competency CPR and First Aid.
Ability to perform simple mathematical equations.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Requires standing, sitting or walking for up to 8 hours or longer per workday.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to distressed patients, families or visitors.
Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.

Nice To Haves

One year of general, acute Medical/Surgical Nursing or Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities

Answering calls that come into the clinic.
Answering messages in the inbox, (patient's questions for the provider, medication refills, schedule appointments, etc.)
Work on referrals
Work on Prior Authorizations
Help support nurses/providers as needed
