Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement educational programs for Medical Assistants in the outpatient setting.
  • Coach, teach, and train Medical Assistants on their scope of practice and competencies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers to standardize MA protocols using Ambulatory Epic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and participate in Quality Improvement meetings.
