About The Position
Revive Chiropractic in North Hills, CA is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is reliable, punctual, and possesses a friendly demeanor. The primary responsibilities include managing the front office operations and assisting with various therapies to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. As a Medical/Chiropractic Assistant, you will greet and welcome patients, assist in providing care, schedule appointments, and answer phone calls. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office is also a crucial part of your role. You will be expected to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all patient needs are met promptly and professionally. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Medical Assistant training program. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must, as it will enhance communication with our diverse patient base. The working hours for this position are set for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, with a lunch break from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The expected workload is approximately 24 hours per week, making it a suitable opportunity for those looking for part-time employment in the healthcare field.
