Perform individualized patient procedures, treatments and tests. Perform a variety of support functions including patient scheduling, registration and check-in, triaging patient telephone calls to appropriate resources, collecting and/or updating demographic and financial information, investigating pre-authorizations and approval for insurance, chart preparation, and maintaining clinic supplies. Provide advanced assistance with medical clinic operations and monitoring of clinic flow for clinical operations outside of King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.
