About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: The medical assistant is responsible for providing quality patient care as assigned by professional nursing staff or physicians in the clinic setting.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assisting training course or Certified Nurse Assistant training
- Medical Assisting Certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, or RMA) or CNA license
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completes within the first 90 days of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Medical assisting experience preferred
