About The Position
Medical Assistant Apprentice (MACT 2.0) The Medical Assistant Internship is a 6–8-week immersive experience designed for newly certified Medical Assistants. This program provides hands-on exposure, structured learning, and mentorship to support a successful transition into a certified medical assistant role within Orlando Health. Internship Includes: Orlando Health–led clinical and administrative coursework Mentorship from experienced healthcare professionals Rotational exposure to various clinical areas to help identify the best fit for your MA career Ideal Candidates: Newly certified Medical Assistants Individuals eager to build confidence, skills, and professional experience Candidates interested in exploring multiple clinical environments within a healthcare system This internship is designed to prepare participants for long-term success as certified medical assistants at Orlando Health.
