Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Active CMA, CCMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic (Required)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (Preferred)
• One year of clinical/administrative experience
• Phlebotomy experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care related tasks and procedures
• Performs administrative and clerical related tasks and procedures
• Tasks performed based on training, education, and competency evaluations
• Tasks performed as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
