Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in providing direct patient care and health teaching.
• Deliver quality care by offering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the physician and nursing staff regarding patient care.
• Provide clerical and patient-related support in record keeping and scheduling.
• Verify patient demographics and maintain patient records.
• Schedule patients for appointments and referrals.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with billing and payments.
• Meet and greet patients and maintain office supplies.
