About The Position

Essential Job Functions 1. Perform the manufacturing steps necessary to assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished goods, including set-up and shutdown of equipment. 2. Utilize work instructions, as applicable, to perform an array of tasks across multiple different Medical device products 3. Perform material and job changeovers, as required 4. Perform testing and/or inspections per work instructions, as required 5. Participate in cross-training with other Medical Manufacturing areas as needed (ex: Clean Room, etc) 6. Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed in an effective and efficient manner in order to complete production orders. 7. Maintain quality records in accordance with Company guidelines and procedures. 8. Maintain accurate raw material and component inventories. 9. Other duties as assigned, inclusive of all other associate level tasks. 10. Comply with Proper Gowning Procedures, Good Housekeeping Practices and Good Documentation Practices Other Information “Participate in the reduction of risk and injury in the workplace by completing required job safety training, identifying workplace risks, wearing required personal protective equipment, ensuring all machine guards are in place before operating equipment, not operating equipment without proper safety training; compliance to Safety Standards and Policy: Immediately informing manager, supervisor, and/or Team Leader of unsafe conditions, practices, incidents, and injuries.” Why choose Nissha to build your career? Requirements

  • GED or High School diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment at times.
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a constructive, positive manner with others in a team environment.
  • Basic reading, math, and direction following skills.
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, and execute production orders and operating procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, Supervisors, and Management.
  • Ability to assemble small parts.
  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible and changing environment
