About The Position

Reporting to the Floor Manager, this role will support manufacturing efforts by adhering to the guidelines of an ISO13485 and ISO9001 Quality Management System. This role will be vital in assuring that high quality products are manufactured, assembled, and packaged. Argos Corporation is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and reliable medical assembly manufacturing employees to manufacture, assemble, and package medical products. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Transportation
  • Read, Write, and Understand English
  • Ability to understand work instructions, process guidelines, quality documentation, and visual workmanship.
  • Ability to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to handle small and delicate parts.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Basic Mathematical aptitude required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is preferred.
  • Experience in a cleanroom is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assembly, packaging, and secondary operation manufacturing tasks as assigned.
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, ISO, environmental requirements, and other company requirements
  • Adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain production accuracy and quality.
  • Accurately track individual manufacturing output throughout the day and report to the Floor Manager
  • Accurately follow secondary operation procedures and quality instructions for the job orders assigned.
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Understand and perform in-process inspection to assure that only high-quality products are being produced and shipped.
  • The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a willingness to learn and work in a constantly changing work environment.
  • Ability to perform delicate and repetitive tasks.
  • Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned jobs.
