About The Position
The Associate Director, North America Medical Excellence will assist with driving consistency through standardizing Field Medical systems, processes, and capabilities to support Field Medical team members as they engage HCPs across all Vertex disease areas within the region. This position will partner closely with the North America Medical Excellence Director to identify, align, and build key initiatives such as key digital systems, processes (onboarding, analytics), and capabilities/skills (engagement model, coaching) for North America Field Medical colleagues. This role is highly collaborative, and you will be expected to effectively manage multiple projects, along with working across a variety of internal stakeholders. This is a remote position. Travel to Global headquarters in Boston and within NA may be required up to 20% of the time.
