The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic and laser experience, with strong proficiency in advanced technologies, including Sciton laser systems, and a demonstrated history of building and retaining a loyal client base within a medical or aesthetic practice.
Requirements
- Active Aesthetician License (state-specific)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a medical aesthetic or laser-focused practice
- Hands-on experience with Sciton laser platforms strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Skin physiology and conditions
- Microneedling and corrective treatments
- Medical-grade skincare products and ingredients
- Proven track record of:
- High consultation-to-treatment conversion rates
- Achieving and exceeding revenue and retail goals
- Building a strong, loyal client base
- High-performance mindset with a results-driven approach
- Exceptional communication, sales, and consultation skills
- Ability to connect with patients, build trust, and guide decision-making
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of KPIs and revenue drivers
- Self-motivated, accountable, and thrives without micromanagement

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Perform hands-on treatments requiring dexterity and precision
- Lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, results-focused consultations, identifying patient concerns, goals, and long-term treatment strategies
- Develop and present customized, multi-treatment plans designed to deliver optimal aesthetic outcomes
- Build trust-based relationships that drive retention, referrals, and lifetime patient value
- Deliver a five-star patient experience at every touchpoint
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Sciton laser treatments (BBL, HALO, MOXI preferred)
- Microneedling (standard and RF if applicable)
- Chemical peels and advanced corrective facials
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely, effectively, and in alignment with medical protocols
- Maintain a high standard of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals
- Drive treatment plan conversions and package sales
- Educate patients on and recommend medical-grade skincare products, achieving retail sales targets
- Actively contribute to the growth of the practice through client retention, rebooking, and referrals
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build and grow a personal clientele
- Leverage internal systems, referrals, and personal branding to expand patient reach
- Participate in events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive new patient acquisition
- Work collaboratively with medical providers and leadership to ensure integrated patient care
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill development
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and treatment innovations
