Position Summary: To provide medical assistant support and excellent patient care in our Facial Centers.
Requirements
- Knowledge or medical practice and care, including medical equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to function in fast paced and/ or stressful work environment
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Medical Assistant experience required
Nice To Haves
- Cosmetic experience preferred
- Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and review client history
- Address client concerns with professionalism
- Ensure proper documentation, including appropriate consent forms and post-treatment care
- Prepare, maintain, and stock treatment rooms
- Provide follow-up instructions and schedule follow up appointments
- Present future treatment options, product recommendations and cross-marketing opportunities
- Client follow up
- Maintain proper sanitation techniques in treatment rooms and with instruments
- Attending staff meetings and scheduled trainings
- Marketing at service events
- Keep licensure and continuing education requirements up to date
- Complete takes additional task as assigned by Manager
