Position Summary: To provide medical assistant support and excellent patient care in our Facial Centers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge or medical practice and care, including medical equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to function in fast paced and/ or stressful work environment
  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Medical Assistant experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Cosmetic experience preferred
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and review client history
  • Address client concerns with professionalism
  • Ensure proper documentation, including appropriate consent forms and post-treatment care
  • Prepare, maintain, and stock treatment rooms
  • Provide follow-up instructions and schedule follow up appointments
  • Present future treatment options, product recommendations and cross-marketing opportunities
  • Client follow up
  • Maintain proper sanitation techniques in treatment rooms and with instruments
  • Attending staff meetings and scheduled trainings
  • Marketing at service events
  • Keep licensure and continuing education requirements up to date
  • Complete takes additional task as assigned by Manager
