About The Position

BerryDunn is seeking a Consultant to join their Medicaid program and policy consulting team. This role focuses on working with state Medicaid agencies to implement new programs and administer current ones, driving clients' policy initiatives forward. The consultant will work remotely, hybrid, or from one of BerryDunn's offices, supporting clients nationally, with initial support for a client in Guam. The position reports to and partners with management team members and Medicaid subject matter experts for client work and career development. Candidates should be willing to support the Guam client from 8 am to 12 pm Tuesday through Friday Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). Travel to client sites can range up to 50%.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in in Health Management, Public Policy, Public Health, or a similar field
• Support one or more client projects with work such as written communication and analysis along with activities such as supporting client meetings, managing action items, and tracking and reporting on project progress
• Drive your development through an annual process that supports your growth goal in partnership with your supervisor and BerryDunn's learning and development team
• Participate in new business development through activities such as research, supporting proposal content, or developing marketing materials.
• Drive and initiative
• Demonstrated experience in relationship building and teamwork
• Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills
• Willingness to travel
