The Medicaid Management Systems Implementation Leader is responsible for spearheading large-scale Medicaid Management Systems projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of value to clients. This role requires strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and the ability to manage complex, matrixed teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Leading large Medicaid Management Systems implementation projects, ensuring success throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Acting as an escalation point for all project-related issues and risks while managing financial aspects during the implementation period.
  • Managing and overseeing a team of Project Managers, ensuring contract implementation is completed efficiently and in compliance with obligations.
  • Driving project planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation readiness, and reporting.
  • Championing opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Holding self and the project team accountable for achieving valued business outcomes.
  • Overseeing execution and value delivery through highly matrixed teams.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an account management or client representative role.
  • Show recent experience working on at least one SNAP and TANF eligibility determination DDI project.
  • Exhibit at least seven (7) years of experience leading and successfully completing large implementations, including developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, and estimating project size and effort.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in program management software and productivity tools, including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Possess a PMP or equivalent certification.
