About The Position

The Medicaid Managed Care Financial Analyst is a permanent, full-time position with the Alabama Medicaid Agency. Positions are located in Montgomery. This is responsible, professional level financial analysis work in auditing financial statements of Regional Care Organizations (RCOs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis or auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and financial reporting standards.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certification as a CPA or CMA.
• Experience working with government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and audits of Regional Care Organizations (RCOs).
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on financial findings.
