About The Position
Astound Video Duplication and Transfer is looking for reliable individuals with strong attention to detail to join our team at our Apple Valley, MN location. We often refer to our Media Transfer and Customer Service Specialists as 'video gurus.' They are usually familiar with audio/video/media terminology and have some experience in a customer service role. We cross train them in various media transfer departments so they are familiar with our processes, and then train them to work with customers. This full-time position is in our Apple Valley, MN location, with occasional travel to our other stores in the Twin Cities metro as needed. This is not a remote position. Regular required hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm.
