About The Position

At Marketing Architects, we believe TV advertising is still the most powerful marketing channel. But the typical process for TV is expensive, difficult to scale and to measure. So we flipped the traditional approach on its head and rebuilt the agency model with the client in mind. Today, we're growing a team of talent from across the United States to reimagine how brands advertise on TV. ROLE OVERVIEW You’ll support the development of integrated TV media strategies across a portfolio of clients. Internally, we refer to this role a Media Solutions Manager. Reporting to the Media Solutions Director, you’ll play a key role in building media plan components, analyzing campaign performance and improving how we translate strategy into execution. This role is ideal for someone with agency media planning experience who wants deeper exposure to integrated linear and streaming TV strategy, campaign optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • An agency-trained planner: 2+ years in media planning or strategy, ideally supporting integrated campaigns.
  • TV fluent: Experience with linear and/or streaming media is required.
  • Data-literate: You interpret performance data, identify trends, and connect insights back to defined KPIs to inform decisions.
  • Strategically curious: You want to understand not just what worked, but why and how to make it better next time.
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint: Comfortable using Excel formulas to organize data and building polished, client-ready slides in PowerPoint.
  • Presentation-ready: You’ve built decks in PowerPoint that explain strategy or campaign results clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Build smart media plans: Support development of integrated TV strategies that align to client KPIs, balancing linear and streaming approaches.
  • Translate strategy into execution: Document goals, budgets and KPIs clearly so Investment and Analytics teams can activate with precision.
  • Analyze performance: Pull campaign data, identify trends and surface insights that improve results each planning cycle.
  • Contribute POVs and insights: Research market trends and category dynamics to support Media POVs and strategic storytelling.
  • Improve how we work: Strengthen planning workflows and documentation to make cross-functional collaboration smoother and faster.
