The primary purpose of th e Media Specialist II position is to provide strategic media planning and campaign management across all paid marketing campaigns including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, Google, Programmatic Display, Video and OOH. In addition to strategic media planning and campaign management, the Digital Marketing Specialist II will be responsible for working with agency and vendor partners, monthly purchase orders, and monthly invoicing. The Digital Marketing Specialist II will also ensure internal collaboration by working with internal stakeholders on identifying campaign goals, strategy, and tactics . The ideal candidate should also understand complex paid media concepts and be able to explain and report them to internal stakeholders . The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines. Overview of Responsibilities Working with internal marketing team and leadership to develop strategic media planning and tactical execution Work with agency of record to test and experiment with new ad products and technologies Proficient in measuring and reporting out on KPIs and ROI for all paid digital marketing campaigns including wins and provide insights to continue to drive and improve traffic and ROAS Perform audience and keyword research to ensure campaigns are targeting first time and repeat Sprouts customers Participate in the review, consideration and onboarding of new digital advertising platforms or partnerships Identify and share out relevant paid digital trends and insights Collaborate with partnership marketing to support eComm , Instacart, UberEats and DoorDash Support and manage the legal contracting and disclaimer process across the marketing department Handling monthly purchase orders and invoices #LI-CS1
