About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, advertising, communication, or finance.
  • Previous project management and project planning experience is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency required, with experience in MS Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat Professional.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Wrike is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving tactical projects through agency processes.
  • Develop and manage timelines for execution of multichannel projects.
  • Support adherence to project timelines by working with the team to meet milestone dates.
  • Update timelines and status documents for agency and client as needed.
  • Perform administrative oversight of projects via planning, financial, and digital asset management systems.
  • Route projects through the digital routing system to ensure they stay on task and on time.
  • Schedule and assist SPMs/PMs in facilitating internal status meetings and reviews.
  • Maintain and archive a clean historical record of project workflow.
  • Keep teams informed of all project status and next steps via daily status documents and meetings.
  • Develop strong and positive working relationships with discipline leads and project stakeholders.
