About The Position

CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Lead Director of Media Planning. This role will report to the Executive Director, Head of Operations. CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers. The Lead Director, Media Planning is a critical role responsible for devising and delivering a solution-oriented media strategy that drives performance for CMX brands and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be able to balance needing to get into the weeds to solve day-to-day problems as well as be able to step back and adopt big picture strategic decision making. This individual will be a seasoned leader who knows how to navigate challenging situations and drive effectiveness and innovation to grow CMX revenue.
