As a Media Planner at The Mx Group, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing media strategies that align with our clients' strategic visions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that advertising initiatives are delivered effectively across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the media team, creative teams, and external partners, leveraging your expertise to manage timelines, analyze data, and coordinate efforts across multiple teams. Your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our marketing campaigns. In this position, you will participate in all phases of media plan development, including the creation of Master Plan Workbooks (MPWs) that encompass flowcharts, programmatic and social audiences, and plan construction worksheets. You will also coordinate vendor RFPs and integrate them into the overall media plan. Your responsibilities will extend to the implementation and management of media plans, where you will develop run sheets detailing each media placement and ensure that all material needs are communicated effectively between Account Management, Creative, and vendors. Measurement and monitoring will be key components of your role, as you assist with metrics reporting and develop templates to streamline reporting processes. Additionally, you will track media spend, manage invoices, and maintain the master media budget tracker to ensure campaigns remain within budget. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
