About The Position

The Media Operations Director at Firecrown is a pivotal role responsible for managing a team of campaign managers and overseeing the execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position plays a crucial part in coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions that align with client objectives and financial goals. The role also involves financial forecasting and reporting, ensuring the company's financial targets are met while contributing to the growth of the media company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in paid media or a similar role within the media industry or agency setting.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of two or more individuals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in advertising and project management platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and Asana.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present campaign performance data.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of campaign managers, leading weekly meetings to ensure timelines are met and client satisfaction is delivered.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to facilitate new product launches and oversee team training sessions for new products.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and develop comprehensive advertising plans and timelines for each campaign.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary assets for ad campaigns and ensure accurate implementation across various channels.
  • Utilize ad management systems to schedule and place advertisements according to client specifications, monitoring and optimizing placements for performance.
  • Track and analyze ad campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Liaise with internal production teams to complete custom content projects in partnership with clients.
