About The Position

Juice Media is looking for an entrepreneurial, strong strategic thinker to join our Media Operations team as a coordinator. This is an administrative position where the candidate will be responsible for the maintenance associated with media purchases across multiple channels (TV, radio, digital, out of home & print), outlets and accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work or internship experience, preferably with 1-2 years of Media Agency experience.
• A problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Able to learn and use new systems and tools quickly.
• Able to communicate effectively and interact professionally throughout all departments within the organization.
• Excellent follow through skills and time management skills.
• Proven ability to increase efficiencies and implementing / improving processes.
• Strong collaborative skills, positive attitude, high energy, results orientation.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Media buying platforms (MediaOcean, CORE, Strata…) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers to resolve media discrepancies.
• Coordinate with third party to ensure accurate ingestion of affidavits into the media system.
• Code and verify affidavits against systems.
• Work with vendors to gather affidavits not received in normal course.
• Record and monitor credit adjustments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in vendor management, including new vendor setup and vendor qualification process.
• Clear communication with internal departments.
• Issue updated internal Status Reports.
• Assist with administrative Ops tasks relating to outside vendors, traffic, and buying systems.
• Alert supervisor to any workflow issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate track of workload.
• Learn about Optimum Media/ Juice Media processes, systems, internal tools and policies.
• Support the Finance team and fulfill ad hoc requests for invoices, mostly in support of audits as required.
