This internship takes place at our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN, during an 10-12-week period. We are seeking a creative and self-driven Media & Marketing Intern to join our team for a project-based internship focused on developing a series of engaging and accessible training videos. These videos will showcase our testing processes and support internal knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore/2nd year pursuing a bachelor's degree in media production, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).

  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital media.
  • Interest in technical subjects and translating complex processes into engaging content.
  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand testing workflows and define video content strategy.
  • Script, storyboard, and film video segments that clearly demonstrate testing procedures.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality training videos using industry-standard tools.
  • Ensure all video content meets accessibility standards, including captions, transcripts, and visual clarity.
  • Organize and publish videos to SharePoint with appropriate metadata and descriptions.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on content to improve clarity and effectiveness.
