About The Position

The Media Manager, Pureplay/Marketplace at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven digital marketing programs to support e-commerce customers such as Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. This role involves planning, measuring, and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce experience and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the management of creative strategies for retail media, ensuring alignment with brand insights and sales priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred.
  • 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience.
  • E-commerce experience is required.
  • Digital experience on agency or client side is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for key customers including Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart.
  • Manage retail media budgets and evaluate capabilities for future spending.
  • Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze programs to identify opportunities for increased impact.
  • Lead the creative process for retail media, including feedback and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand insights with digital media investments.
  • Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs.
  • Coach and develop associate media managers.
