About The Position

Our 10-week program offers hands-on learning, industry engagement, mentorship, and exposure to global brands across diverse job families: Commerce Data, Tech & Analytics Media Planning Investment Paid Search Paid Social Programmatic Strategy Sales & Account Management Human Resources Marketing & Branding Finance What You'll Experience Real-World Projects: Work as a team member on client projects. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and trends using tools like Excel, MRI, ComScore, Power BI, and/or Tableau. Media Planning: Assist in developing media plans to reach target audiences in client-facing roles. Learning & Development: Participate in sessions focused on media disciplines, business acumen, and professional skills. Hands-On Expertise: Gain practical experience to aid in your learning and development. Innovation: Collaborate on internship projects, develop solutions, and present to leadership. Networking: Build connections with industry professionals at all levels. Social Engagement: Participate in civic engagement, team-building, and social activities. Location & Timing Locations: New York City & Chicago Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days a week in-person, 1 day remote. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $20 per hour for the intern role.
