About The Position

Our company includes more than 120 family-owned and operated stores. As the Manager, Media Insights & Analytics you are a part of this family and critical to our success. A pivotal player on the Marketing team, you'll spearhead the analysis of our comprehensive paid media strategy, propelling business growth and maximizing media impact. Collaborating closely with our external agency, you'll lead day-to-day insights and analysis of our paid media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, Video, and more. We're on the hunt for someone with an insatiable curiosity, a relentless focus on the customer, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a knack for thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of experience managing direct report(s)
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing programs and optimizing campaigns for performance
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Ability to synthesize data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in technology and consumer behavior

Nice To Haves

  • Previous platform experience preferred (not required): Optimize (Media Mix Modeling), YouGov, Placer AI, MicroStrategy

Responsibilities

  • Support quarterly forecasting, goal setting, and reporting for all paid media channels
  • Analyze data weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to identify opportunities for optimization and iterative testing, presenting relevant metrics to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Leverage internal and external data and reporting to build a comprehensive view of what's working, what's not, and where to go next
  • Foster relationships with platform media partners to drive innovation, expansion, and optimization of digital marketing channels
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to ensure digital marketing strategies remain competitive and effective
  • Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports
