About The Position
KOSA-TV/CBS7 News, a leading news station in west Texas and southeastern New Mexico, is seeking a bilingual Spanish Media Sales Success Specialist to join our elite sales team. This position is crucial for driving sales of our Spanish Media products across both on-air and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for media sales. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while also nurturing existing client relationships to exceed sales budgets. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and positively influence others. You will be expected to utilize your creativity and persistence to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of KOSA-TV.
