The Media Director provides strategic leadership across one or more client accounts and products, owning the full-funnel digital media vision—from awareness and consideration through conversion, retention, and growth. This role defines channel and touchpoint strategy across the funnel, bringing deep knowledge of digital platforms, performance dynamics, and audience journeys to guide strategy, outcomes, and optimization direction. The Media Director leads and develops teams through coaching and strategic guidance, and partners closely with Activation and Data & Analytics to ensure integrated, high-quality execution that drives both brand and performance impact. This role is ultimately accountable for client relationships, strategic recommendations, team deliverables, and the overall quality and impact of the work. The ideal candidate has overseen complex, reach-driven and performance-driven digital accounts with multiple products and understands how platforms, algorithms, and measurement frameworks work together to drive results.
