The Director, National Video Investment will have direct client contact (media, marketing, and creative). Diplomacy, flexibility and proactive client management will be key strengths of the ideal candidate. In addition, clients can be fairly detail oriented; expectations for strong organizational skills and attention to detail is high. This position is perfect for a candidate who can build strong relationships with multiple teams, both within Starcom as well as with clients. The Director will have many opportunities to extend beyond the current scope of this position and flex muscles in process development, systems and overall operational excellence for Starcom clients. While providing thought leadership on audience strategies and campaign optimization, the Director builds strong relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with agency partners and the client services team alike. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in video investment and a strong passion for Sports. They will bring a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment, influencing senior stakeholders, and making data-informed decisions that elevate business outcome.
