About The Position

Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Media Designer to join the Communications Services team! The Media Designer role is responsible for creating print and digital graphics for enrollment and ongoing client new hire communications.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.
• Proficiency using MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A strong portfolio of both print and digital design work.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.
• Ability to identify client brand styles and seamlessly incorporate them into your design.
• Skilled in print production.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a bonus.
• Benefits Industry design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities and projects, working independently or following creative direction.
• Works as part of the Communications Team with frequent interaction with the Winston Account teams.
• Attend daily meetings and provide regular project status updates to manager.
• Meets project deadlines and delivers a quality product.
• Learn our project management software, proofing platform and other proprietary job ticketing system.
• Design print and online materials, including guidebooks, flyers, postcards, posters, email communications, digital banner ads, videos, and presentations.
